Angus Comyns

Angus Comyns is a self-taught screen-print and stencil artist who moved from Sydney to Canberra and works in a pop and street register: bold flat colour, text, and iconography lifted from comics, tattoos and pop culture, with cowboys, jokers and gambling motifs recurring. He pulls prints on paper, works larger on canvas and walls, and shows the results by appointment at his own ARCade gallery in Canberra's Centrepoint. Comyns sells originals, editions and merch.
