Cindy Poole Glass Artist

Cindy Poole has worked in glass since 1995, kiln-forming it through heat and gravity at her studio and gallery in Esperance, on Western Australia's south coast. She works three material streams: fine art glass, recovered bottle glass, and architectural float glass, each shaped into wearable sculptural jewellery, carafes and platters for the table, and commissioned pieces. Reclaimed bottles are sorted and reshaped rather than discarded. The Pink Lake gallery opens weekday afternoons for visits, tours and workshops.
