Cut Throat Knives

Indigo Roberts makes handmade kitchen knives at a Coburg North workshop in Melbourne's north — chef's knives, nakiri and paring blades, with Damascus among the work and limited-edition runs alongside the standing range. The studio takes restaurant and custom orders and keeps a signature store, and teaches the craft through Intro to Bladesmithing and sharpening courses. The knives have drawn notice in Delicious, Broadsheet and the Sydney Morning Herald.
