Caleb Sanchez started building solid timber furniture in his garage during the first COVID-19 lockdown. Working from Macquarie Hills in Newcastle, he takes commissions alongside a standing range — the idea being that the natural grain does most of the design work. No veneer, no flatpack logic. Just timber chosen to outlast its owner.
