Elise Heather Artist

Self-taught Toowoomba artist Elise Heather works in fabric, paper, yarn and paint — building sculptural, nature-inspired pieces without plans or patterns, working from instinct and texture. Her current series, *Do I Make You Uncomfortable?*, examines how neurodiverse people navigate a world that misreads them. The studio evolved from a converted patio space, with a first solo exhibition at Rosalie Gallery in 2023.
