Fallen Forge

Fallen Forge is a veteran-run workshop in Adelaide where Rian Doudle and a team of former Defence Force members hand-forge knives to order. The work covers chef and kitchen blades, outdoor utility knives and patterned Damascus, worked in carbon and stainless steel and finished with in-house engraving. It operates as a social enterprise, with a Diggers Program directing profits toward support for serving and ex-serving personnel, and carries on the legacy Dusky Farriers Knives line. Alongside the making, the forge runs one-day knifemaking and two-day Damascus classes.
