Madgia Designs Furniture

Ballarat-based Madgia Designs builds furniture to order from Australian hardwoods — Messmate, Spotted Gum, Blackbutt, Victorian Ash, Blackwood — finished with Osmo oil. The process includes an unusual step: clients meet the maker at the timber yard to select their own boards. Recycled timber is used when available, sourced from yards in Geelong, Melbourne and Bendigo.
