The Story
Architect-turned-ceramicist Colin Hopkins and tableware maker Ilona Topolcsanyi run this Abbotsford production studio from the Abbotsford Convent. Ilona's work sits on tables at Brae and Aria; Colin's porcelain luminaire series, Porcelume, draws on a decade of Japan-watching. The studio also trains emerging makers, including a hospitality program placing refugees in the industry.
