Red Bird Studio

Alison Arnold has been throwing pots for over 30 years, working from her Adelaide Hills studio after training at the JamFactory and completing a BA at Adelaide Centre for the Arts. She moves between wheel-thrown functional ware—drinking vessels, bowls, kitchenware—and hand-formed ultra-fine porcelain objects. The range stretches from practical to deliberately ornate, with exhibition pieces that lean hard into decoration.
