The Story
Former Mornington Peninsula chef Ricky Wood quit kitchens in 2020 to make furniture from sustainably sourced reclaimed hardwood in Melbourne. The pitch is heirloom over disposable — custom pieces built to outlast trends rather than contribute to them. Commissions are made to size and specification, with each piece designed to be passed on rather than kerbed.
