Ryan Simon is an Adelaide knifemaker whose work spans bowie, hunting and kitchen knives, built to be kept rather than replaced. He works in high-quality stainless and high-carbon steel, with patterned Damascus blades paired to hand-selected handle materials, and gives close attention to heat treatment and edge retention. The making is defined, in his own words, by working at the intersection of beauty and function: balanced hunters, keen kitchen blades and hand-finished details. Each piece is Australian made and intended to last a lifetime of use.
