Zo Blades

Zo Blades is a one-maker workshop in Adelaide producing custom handmade knives, a craft its maker began at the age of twelve. The range runs to Japanese-style kitchen knives, hunting and bushcraft blades, EDC pocket knives and the occasional sword, worked in premium stainless, authentic Japanese san-mai and Damascus steel. Handles are cut from sustainably sourced Australian hardwood and synthetic materials. Each knife is made individually rather than in batches, with an emphasis on sharpness, balance and edge retention, and finished as a piece meant to be handed on.
